New Headteacher for Montpelier Primary School

Mr Aaron West has been appointed as the new Headteacher for Montpelier Primary School in Plymouth from 1 September 2022, following the promotion of Mrs Hunter as Assistant Director of the Greenshaw Learning Trust. Mr West is currently Deputy Head at Montpelier Primary School and has played a vital part in creating a strong and positive community school.

Neil Demuth, Chair of Governing Body of Montpelier Primary School, said: “We are delighted that Mr West has accepted the headteacher role. Mr West has the drive, skills and expertise to continue the school’s drive to create a learning environment for pupils to feel valued, celebrated, challenged and supported.”
