Success in Science event

Last Thursday, science teachers from across the country – from Surrey to Somerset and from Derbyshire to Peterborough – descended on Broadwater School to discuss the principles upon which a successful science department is built.

With presentations on leadership from Assistant Director Patrick Farmbrough and Broadwater’s Chelsea Phillips, and on science-specific pedagogy from Orchard Park’s Ahmed Khattab and Sami Mohamed, along with Science School Improvement Lead George Duoblys, delegates were given a flavour of what makes GLT schools such happy and successful institutions.
