Fi Boucher, Admissions Lead

I joined GLT for two days a week in February 2021 and carried on working the other three days at Victor Seymour Infants’ School. In December 2022 I took the plunge and after nine years left Victor Seymour to join the shared services full time.

I work in the admissions team as an Admissions Lead supporting Marlene, the Head of Admissions, with all aspects of school admissions and school admission appeals. I provide guidance and support to schools and parents with social and medical, summer born, flexi-schooling and education outside of chronological year group applications. I also support schools with staff training and nursery, primary and secondary admission processes.

No day is the same. It’s great to know we can apply our admissions knowledge to support primary and secondary schools and parents. We have a fantastic and supportive admissions team and great relationships with admissions staff and headteachers in our schools.
