Laura Wathen, Recruitment Officer

I joined GLT in September 2023. I was looking for a role that provided me with the opportunity to work flexibly around my two young children, and I was lucky enough to find that in my role as Recruitment Officer at GLT.

On a day-to-day basis, as part of the recruitment team, I assist with advertising our vacancies and recruiting great candidates to join our organisation. I believe in the importance of providing a welcoming environment and an exceptional candidate experience for everyone who comes into contact with our recruitment process.

I enjoy matching candidates with their ideal roles, supporting them through the process and setting them up for a smooth introduction into life at GLT.
